Refund policy

At Emir, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of unstitched fabric, we follow a transparent and fair Return & Exchange Policy.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are No questions asked:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The claim is reported within 30 days of receiving the order
  • The preference is fabric is unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in original packaging with tags intact
  • Change of mind or personal preference (no issues)
  • Slight color or texture variations due to screen resolution or lighting (no Issues)
  • Items that have been used, cut, stitched, or washed (no issues)

Return Process

  • Contact our customer support within 25 days of delivery
  • Share order details along with clear images or video of the issue
  • Once approved, instructions for return or exchange will be provided

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued
  • Full cash return is also the option

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed in the original payment method or as store credit
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from Emir

Emir reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
